If I contract LHD Tree Service, I, hereby grant LHD Tree Service permission to use photographs, videos, or other media of the services performed at my property for promotional and marketing purposes, including on the LHD Tree Service website, social media, and other materials, with the understanding that my identity will not be disclosed unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.*
