"I was very very pleased with this company. I had several bids to have 3 trees trimmed and one removed from my yard. Their bid was competitive with the others I received, but their customer service set them apart. Johan Diaz came and did the estimate for my work. He was informative, well spoken, efficient, answered my questions, and showed up on time. Within an hour of receiving my estimate/quote I received a follow up email from Johan and a copy of their proof of insurance for their workers while on the job site. The work was scheduled and performed in one day, including clean up and haul away. Three days later we had a storm and a branch got loose and was hanging from one of the trees they serviced. I could not get to it, and called them to see if they would come pull it down. Lets be clear: the branch came loose in a storm and did not reflect poorly on the job they did. I sent in a photo of the branch and waited to see what it would cost to get it removed. They removed it free of charge the next day! Needless to say, I am very pleased with Johan and his team and they have earned a customer for the next time I need tree work done. I would recommend them to anyone."
